eFolder Cloudfinder is a comprehensive, business-grade cloud-to-cloud SaaS backup that currently backs up an organization’s Office 365, Google Apps, Salesforce, and Box accounts, with more applications coming in future releases.

Before March 2015, Cloudfinder would backup one instance of each of the previously listed SaaS services, but now IT admins and MSPs are able to backup multiple instances – as many as they need – of the business applications they rely on every day for work.

This is especially helpful for MSPs who manage instances of Cloudfinder across several clients, who would need to keep separate login credentials for each client in order to view backups, create reports, or search for data.

Even enterprises managing their own Cloudfinder have reasons to deploy separate instances of a cloud application, perhaps granting each department their own Office 365 deployment. In this event, the IT department would still be in charge of managing backups, and until now would have to keep track of several sets of credentials to perform the necessary.

With a recent Cloudfinder update, those days are gone. Multi-tenancy for cloud-to-cloud backup has arrived, making SaaS backup management even easier than before.
