Matt Nachtrab is the Chief Executive Officer at eFolder and is responsible for development and execution of the corporate strategic-planning process.
Matt has 18 years of experience in the IT Service Provider industry. In 1999, he started Nemsys, an IT Service Provider in Toledo, OH. Matt holds his ownership in Nemsys and serves on the board. He is passionate about helping IT Service Providers improve and grow their business. In 2007, he founded LabTech Software, a Remote Monitoring and Management solution, and grew the business to service over 5000 IT Service Providers worldwide.
In 2015, Matt successfully merged LabTech Software with ConnectWise and served as the President and COO of ConnectWise. As the President and COO, Matt managed approximately 650 employees in Sales, Marketing, Services, Strategy, and Operations. He currently serves as a Director on the board for ConnectWise.
He received an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Indiana University Kelly School of Business. Matt received a Bachelor of Engineering with honors majoring in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Vanderbilt University.
Kevin is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer.

From humble beginnings eFolder has grown exponentially, with 38 quarters of consecutive growth.
Kevin has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Brigham Young University and a PhD in Computer Science from Purdue University. His published research includes work on memory programming models, language theory & runtimes, aspect-oriented programming, software modularity, dynamic software analysis, automated debugging and reputation systems.
Mike is the Chief Operation Officer and is responsible for organizing and optimizing company operations, support, logistics, and HR.
Mike is instrumental in preserving and strengthening the eFolder culture as the company continues to grow their team size exponentially. Mike contributes a wealth of experience from the hospitality and services industry and the public sector.
Prior to eFolder, Mike served as the State of Colorado’s Chief Customer Officer, where he aligned IT and business strategic plans. Mike served as CIO and Vice President of technology at Fleetgistics, a company that provides custom logistics solutions for same-day shipments. Mike also worked as the Corporate Director of IT at both Seaworld and Anheuser-Busch. During the Anheuser-Busch and InBev merger, Mike managed the integration of the Theme Parks’ IT divisions.
Mike has a Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Missouri-Columbia, College of Business, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
As the Chief Revenue Officer at eFolder, Jeff Cummings is responsible for the growth and development of eFolder’s Managed Service Provider community.
With 20+ years in the industry, Jeff is our resident customer evangelist. His primary focus is on customer success with an eye towards growth, retention, and customer advocacy.
Jeff is a proven strategic and operational leader with experience serving both Fortune 100 companies as well as small to mid-sized businesses. Prior to eFolder, he served as Chief Customer Officer for Crownpeak, SVP of Client Relations for CareCloud, and most recently as COO for Axcient, serving large to mid-sized MSP’s.
When Jeff is not obsessing over how to enhance the customer experience, he can be found writing music, snowboarding, and trying to convince everyone that Colorado is the best state in the Union.
Aditya is the Vice President of Engineering at eFolder and is responsible for all product engineering efforts which includes product and software development, quality engineering, software delivery and technology research.
Aditya has over 15 years of experience successfully leading, designing and delivering cloud scale, complex distributed systems and full stack applications. He is passionate about leveraging technology to delight customers and is responsible for ensuring that eFolder continues to scale and innovate its products and services.
Prior to eFolder, he was an architect at Oracle where he led a multi-year, multi-phase evolution of the Oracle Object Storage Cloud Service with several filed patents and delivered the first version of Oracle Archive Storage Cloud Service, which is the most cost effective public storage cloud on the market. Prior to Oracle, he held technical management and architect positions at startups and enterprise companies across various domains and technology stacks, which includes cloud storage, clustered scale-out SAN, and multi-lingual/channel desktop publishing and process workflow automation.
Aditya has Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Punjab Technical University, India and Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Earl is joining eFolder as the VP of Global Support in the Operations department, reporting to Mike Richey. Global Support will encompass the current Technical Support, Education & Training, and Partner Enablement teams. John Mitchell, John Hoffman, and John Schneiderman (yes, 3 Johns) will report to Earl in his new role. Earl will be focused on tighter collaboration between those three teams and improving upon our partner experience from every angle. Earl was raised in Jacksonville, Florida where he received his degree in Computer Science and immediately moved to Atlanta, Ga in 1986 after graduation. He brings 30 years of support experience from such companies as The Coca-Cola Company, Bellsouth.net, Dendrite International and ConnectWise. In 2007, Earl moved to Tampa, Florida where he joined the ConnectWise Team as the manager of support and later became the VP of Support for ConnectWise, LabTech, Quosal and Screenconnect. Earl transformed ConnectWise support over 9-year tenure.
Earl is 100% customer service driven, ALWAYS keeping the partner in mind by providing them with an amazing customer service experience, every interaction, every time. He works very well in diverse, cross cultural organizations and has a proven track record of providing an exceptional customer service experience in multi-country, multicultural environments.
Earl recently moved to Denver to join the eFolder family and enjoys hiking, biking and hanging out with friends and family.
