Kevin is the co-founder, Chief Technology Officer and Chief Executive Officer.

Kevin is the guardian of eFolder’s core values of going above & beyond, absolute integrity, exceptional reliability, compassionate service and continuous innovation.
Under Kevin’s leadership, eFolder has built the most comprehensive platform on the market to protect and empower business productivity worldwide. eFolder uniquely enables channel partners to deliver their own data protection, business continuity and mobile productivity services for physical, virtual, SaaS and mobile data. From humble beginnings eFolder has grown exponentially, with 38 quarters of consecutive growth.
Kevin has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Brigham Young University and a PhD in Computer Science from Purdue University. His published research includes work on memory programming models, language theory & runtimes, aspect-oriented programming, software modularity, dynamic software analysis, automated debugging and reputation systems.
George is the co-founder and Executive Vice President and is responsible for focusing on strategic relationships and company direction.
George has over 30 years of entrepreneurial sales, operational and management experience in the technology industry. George has been involved in numerous startup companies and turn-around opportunities.
Prior to eFolder, George worked on several startup endeavors which included a number of technology market firsts, including the development of one of the very first CRM applications for DOS (Excalibur Sources), which released one of the first Windows CRM applications and delivered one of the first client/server applications that shared data with mobile users (Sharkware by CogniTech).
George has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Vanderbilt University and a Masters of Engineering degree from the University of Tennessee.
Jon is the Chief Financial Officer at eFolder and is responsible for all financial functions of the company.
Jon has 19 years of experience in all aspects of finance and accounting. Jon leads a growing team that is responsible for the day to day management of the finance and accounting function, the preparation of the eFolder’s financial statements and strategic financial planning.
Prior to eFolder, Jon was the Chief Financial Officer/Chief Administrative Officer at Radiology Imaging Associates/Invision Sally Jobe, a large medical imaging practice, where he managed 400 employees along with the company’s financial function. Jon also spent ten years working with technology companies and private equity firms as a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s San Francisco Transaction Services practice. Jon began his career as an auditor with Deloitte.
Jon has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, Leeds School of Business, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. Jon is a Certified Public Accountant in Colorado and California (inactive).
Mike is the Chief Operation Officer and is responsible for organizing and optimizing company operations, support, logistics, and HR.
Mike is instrumental in preserving and strengthening the eFolder culture as the company continues to grow their team size exponentially. Mike contributes a wealth of experience from the hospitality and services industry and the public sector.
Prior to eFolder, Mike served as the State of Colorado’s Chief Customer Officer, where he aligned IT and business strategic plans. Mike served as CIO and Vice President of technology at Fleetgistics, a company that provides custom logistics solutions for same-day shipments. Mike also worked as the Corporate Director of IT at both Seaworld and Anheuser-Busch. During the Anheuser-Busch and InBev merger, Mike managed the integration of the Theme Parks’ IT divisions.
Mike has a Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Missouri-Columbia, College of Business, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
Francois Daumard is the Senior Vice President for Sales and is responsible for worldwide revenue growth and sales strategy.
Before eFolder, he was Vice President of Global Channel Sales at AVG (NYSE: AVG), running sales and business development for AVG Business, with teams spread across North America, South America, Europe and Australia.
Prior to AVG, he spent fifteen years in various channel sales roles working for Fortune 100 technology companies such as Microsoft, Apple and IBM. In his roles, Francois grew the sales of numerous partner programs and forged multiple strategic alliances and partnerships with Distributors, Cloud Vendors and OEMs.
As a passionate ambassador for the channel, Francois is the co-Chair of CompTIA’s Vendor Advisory Council.
Francois has an MBA from the Wharton School.
Jan Spring is the Vice President of Channel Development and is responsible for building the solution provider channel for the company’s award winning products and services.
Since Jan’s arrival in 2006, eFolder has captured numerous channel accolades and awards from CompTIA, ASCII, CRN and HTG. Jan has extensive experience in IT solutions sales and technology channel building with several organizations. For six years Jan has been part of the CRN Power Women of the Channel and a CRN Channel Chief for four years.
Prior to eFolder, Jan was Vice President of Sales at SafeNET, Inc., and she also served as Vice President of Sales for Computone System where she was responsible for generating sales leads, managing the sales teams and strategic initiatives, as well as closing deals. Additionally, Jan founded The Chaparral Group in 1992, a VAR located in Marietta, GA which worked with Fortune 500 companies primarily selling and managing infrastructure.
Jan has a Bachelor’s degree in English and History from Murray State University.
Ted is the Vice President of Marketing and is responsible for overseeing the marketing and lead generation efforts for the company.
Ted has over 18 years of experience in IT marketing. Ted was the 13th employee of eFolder and has helped grow the company’s channel partner program from 300 to well over 2,600 transacting partners.
Prior to eFolder, Ted worked at SonicWALL (Dell) as the Director of Channel Marketing, where he led the company’s worldwide channel marketing program. Ted is a Facilitator for the HTG Vendor Peer Group and is a member of the HTG Advisory Council.
Ted has a BA in History from the University of California, Berkeley and a MBA from Erasmus University, Rotterdam.
Pierre is the Vice President of Product and is responsible for prioritizing the company’s R&D efforts and product innovation.
Pierre specializes in the development of high-performing product teams. He co-founded the first channel-exclusive enterprise file sync and share solution, Anchor, which was acquired by eFolder in 2013.
Prior to eFolder, Pierre served as a co-founder and Vice President of Product at Anchor, where he was responsible for owning the product roadmap until the company’s acquisition. As a Consultant for Quest Software (Dell), Pierre developed communities for the network monitoring, managed service and application management divisions. At Bandera Games, Pierre served as operational lead, owning marketing, community management and vendor management.
Pierre has a Bachelor of Art’s degree in Film Production from California State University, San Francisco.
